The alarm did not ring – why?

The alarm uses your device's system alarm function and rings even when muted or in focus mode. Grant the app the required permission during first setup. Also make sure the scheduled alarm is shown as "active" in the app.

The app cannot find my Philips Hue Bridge.

Your smartphone and the Hue Bridge must be on the same Wi-Fi network. Allow the app to access the local network and press the round button on the bridge once to connect when prompted.

The sunrise starts at the wrong time.

The sunrise slowly starts to brighten before your wake time and reaches full brightness at the wake time. You set the duration in the settings (15–60 minutes). Check the configured wake time there as well.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You manage the subscription directly in the store: on iPhone under "Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions", on Android via "Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions".
